Right of Redemption (ROR)

The Right of Redemption is for getting your vehicle back from impound or to get items from your vehicle.

SCRA Waiver

The SCRA Waiver is for Military registered owners.

Third Party Authorization

This Third Part Authorization gives the registered owner the ability to give someone else authorization to pick up your vehicle or items on your behalf.

FAQ

  • I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT

    Call your insurance and tell them your vehicle is at Kitsap Chico Towing. Call us to get location of your vehicle and complete the ROR link to retrieve your items. Call us or use the Permission Link to release your vehicle to insurance. 

  • I WAS PARKED ILLEGALLY

    Call us to get location of your vehicle & pay your bill. Complete the Right Of Redemption link. You’ll be offered a Hearing Request Form if you would like to dispute validity, but payment is required for redemption. 

  • I NEED TO SEND SOMEONE ON MY BEHALF TO GET MY VEHICLE OR MY THINGS.

    Complete the Permission link and authorize another individual. 

  • I DON'T HAVE FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE & I DON'T WANT MY VEHICLE BACK.

    Call us to discuss your payment options. 

  • I NEED MY VEHICLE TOWED FROM YOUR LOT TO MY HOME OR SHOP

    Complete the Service Request on our website & dispatch will call with a quote.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME?

    Bring a photo ID. We will match your name to the registered owner listed in DOL.

  • WHAT IF IT IS AFTERHOURS?

    Call our office and they will get a driver to meet you. This is subject to an after hours release fee. Afterhours is considered anything outside of M-F 8a-5p.

  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY IMPOUND?

    We accept cash, credit cards, and checks that can be bank verified per RCW 46.55.120.

  • I AUTHORIZED MY VEHICLE FOR “SAFEKEEPING” BUT I’M GETTING LETTERS.

    Per RCW 46.55 you will receive 2 notices. If you have already made arrangements with us or your insurance, disregard these notices.

  • WHERE IS MY CAR?

    Your vechile is stored at one of our 3 facilites.  Please call our office for the location of your vehicle.
